 Medical Assistant - All locations:We are a large Dermatology group that needs experienced Medical Assistant's. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting physicians in clinical and cosmetic appointments delivering superior patient care. You will be taking complete histories and documenting patient progress reports and charts.Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining exam rooms, supplies and inventory, vital signs, lab results, medication refills, sterilization of instruments and patient follow up. Outgoing personality, good organizational skills, computer literate and the ability to multi-task are essential. We take pride in being a team oriented practice. Duties include check-in, check-out, answering phones, collecting co-pays, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance, data entry, back office support, and other duties as needed. These procedures include all IPL treatments, microdermabrasion treatments, chemical peels and any additional services offered at our practice. • Assist Physicians with any physician administered cosmetic procedures. • Provide personalized consultations to determine the most effective treatment(s) for the patient. Answer all questions and address any concerns a patient may have. |
