Dr. Duncan is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in the state of Texas. She is a 2000 graduate of The University of Texas Houston Medical School. She also served an Internship in at LBJ Hospital in Houston, Texas and a Dermatology Residency at The University of Texas at Houston Medical School, Houston, Texas.

Dr. Duncan has extensive dermatologic cancer training at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dept. of Dermatology, and is experienced in advanced cosmetic procedures. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatologic Society, Houston Dermatology Society, and the Texas Medical Association

Dr. Sherry N. Ingraham, M.D. is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in Texas and Louisiana. She is a 2001 graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and also earned a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine degree from Tulane. She served an Internship at Christus St. Joseph Hospital, Houston, TX and a Dermatology Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine.

Dr. Ingraham has extensive experience in psoriasis treatment, Tropical Dermatology, Laser Surgery, & advanced cosmetic procedures. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Woman's Dermatologic Society, and D.O.C. (community health educator).

Dr. Ali is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in the state of Texas. She is a 1997 graduate of The University of Texas at Houston Medical School. She also served an internship in Internal Medicine and a Dermatology Residency at The University of Texas at Houston Medical School, Houston, Texas.

Dr. Ali was also an Assistant Professor, Department of Dermatology at The University of Texas at Houston Medical School. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatologic Society, Women’s Dermatology Society, Houston Dermatology Society, Harris County Medical Society, and the Dermatology Foundation

Dr. Moore is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in the state of Texas. She has extensive training in dermatologic surgery, cosmetics and general dermatology. Dr. Moore attended Southern Methodist University where she earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude in biology. She went on to attend the Medical College of Georgia where she received honors for highest GPA in her class, and was awarded membership to Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. She then returned to Texas for Dermatology Residency at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. While serving as Chief Resident at Texas Tech, Dr. Moore was awarded resident of the month from University Medical Center in Lubbock and the Leadership in Dermatology award from the Texas Tech Department of Dermatology
She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatologic Society, and the Texas Medical Association. In her spare time, Dr. Moore enjoys watching football, working out, and spending time with her family.

Toni Smith is a Certified Physician Assistant with twelve years experience in clinical and surgical Dermatology. She is a 1998 honors graduate of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where she earned a Master of Science Degree in the Physician Assistant Program.

Ms. Smith is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. She has a Texas Physician Assistant License, issued 1999 and an NCCPA certification, issued 1998. Professional memberships include the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA). Kendra Salazar is a Certified Physician Assistant and earned her Masters of Science Physician Assistant Studies in 2004 from the University of Texas Southwestern and treats patients at our Sugar Land practice. Ms. Salazar is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and has her Texas Physician Assistant License. Professional memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA).

 

Piipar Allen P.A.-C., Certified Physician Assistant earned her Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences Physician Assistant Program in Miami Shores, Florida. During her Physician Assistant studies, she received academic recognition and was nominated to the Dean's List and President's List for scholastic excellence. She was awarded the Dr. Richard Fien Scholarship for her great enthusiasm, eagerness, willingness to learn, and passion for the didactic year studies.
Piipar is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.

As a Physician Assistant who has received specialized training in dermatology, Piipar is licensed and qualified to perform a comprehensive dermatological examination, diagnose, treat, and prescribe appropriate medical therapy for your dermatologic needs. She is skilled in performing procedures that include shave biopsies, punch biopsies, and cryotherapy, as well as various cosmetic procedures including Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm for the face, Radiesse for the face and hands, and Fraxel.

 

Dr. Chen hails from Dallas, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University where she earned her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Biochemistry. She went on to study abroad at the London’s King College before entering medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. During residency, Dr. Chen became Chief Resident at the Department of Dermatology at the University of Colorado in Denver.

Dr. Chen is M. D. Anderson Cancer Center trained and has extensive experience in the specialized area of skin cancer treatment. She completed an advanced, 2-year Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and cosmetic reconstruction, cutaneous oncology and melanoma. Dr. Chen presents nationally and internationally and has written many articles in both medical journals and textbooks.

Dr. Chen is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is committed to excellent patient care that is both compassionate and individualized.

When she’s not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, Wasabi and Ginga. She also likes to spend time perfecting her favorite recipes, but more importantly, she enjoys eating.
